We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, we can only accept cancellation requests within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in the processing or fulfillment stage and can no longer be modified or canceled.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@rejuvskinlab.com and include your order number along with the subject line “Cancellation Request.” We will do our best to accommodate your request within the allowed timeframe.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
