Shipping time is the duration it takes for your package to travel from Rejuv Skin Lab to your delivery address.

Shipping Costs with Rejuv Skin Lab

Rejuv Skin Lab determines shipping rates based on weight, not the number of items. This ensures transparent and fair pricing for all customers.

Estimating Shipping Costs for Rejuv Skin Lab's Products

To calculate your shipping cost, take into account the weight of each item including packaging. While actual weights can vary slightly, you can use the guide below for a general estimate:

Small-sized products (15–50ml): Typically used for face care like serums, oils, and creams in glass droppers or airless pumps. Estimated total weight with packaging: 80g–150g (2.8 oz–5.3 oz)

Medium-sized products (100–200ml): Includes toners, cleansers, and lotions in larger bottles or pumps. Approximate weight: 200g–300g (7 oz–10.6 oz)

Large-sized products (400–500ml): Mainly body or hair care products such as shampoos and body lotions. Estimated weight: 500g–700g (17.6 oz–24.7 oz)

To get a cost estimate, multiply the product weight by your chosen shipping carrier’s rates.

Germany

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5 working days. Rates vary by weight for different orders.
  • Express Shipping: 1-day delivery is available, with weight-based pricing.


Can I change the delivery address?

Once your order is placed, changes such as updating the delivery address, modifying the shipping method, or removing items are typically not possible. That said, we may be able to make adjustments within the first 30 minutes of placing your order—though we can’t guarantee this.

If you need to request a change, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@rejuvskinlab.com.

If your order has already been dispatched and you need to update your delivery address, you may still be able to do so through the courier. They will usually contact you on the day of delivery to confirm the address and schedule the delivery time.
